To help launch the debut of Tama’s new Starclassic Bubinga drum line, we threw a party at our prestigious Los Angeles Office. We wanted to introduce the Bubinga Sound to the press, including international music trade magazines. This special night became known as "The Bubinga Party." Highlights of the party included demonstrations, performances, and conversation with featured artists Simon Phillips, and Kenny Aronoff, plus a new up-and-coming Tama artist Spanky.
